Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is displayed during the order process, and the Buyer is informed of the total shipping cost before submitting the order.

Shipping costs may depend in particular on the shipping method, dimensions, and weight of the shipment. The exact shipping cost is displayed in the order summary before the order is placed.

The cash-on-delivery fee is €1.90 including VAT.

If the Buyer places several separate orders, shipping costs are charged separately for each order, unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.

Packaging of Shipments

Ordered goods are packaged with regard to their nature, dimensions, and method of transport so that they are adequately protected against damage during normal transportation.

Fragile or sensitive items are protected with suitable packaging materials where necessary.

Shipments intended for delivery to parcel lockers or pick-up points are packaged so that their dimensions comply with the conditions of the relevant carrier.

Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer is entitled to inspect its external condition. If the shipment is visibly damaged upon delivery, we recommend that the Buyer immediately notify the carrier and, where possible, document the damage to the shipment.

This recommendation does not affect the consumer's statutory rights against the Seller in respect of defects in the goods.

Liability for the Shipment

In the case of a sale to a consumer, the Seller bears the risk of accidental damage to or destruction of the goods until the moment the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than a carrier designated by the Seller, takes possession of the goods.

In the case of orders placed by business customers, liability for damage to the goods shall be governed by the applicable provisions of the Commercial Code and the agreed terms of the Sales Contract.
